Our founders came from backgrounds in pharmaceutical quality control, academic research, and international logistics. The company began operations from a single facility in the Netherlands, serving a handful of university laboratories and independent researchers across Western Europe. Packaging is one of the most underappreciated aspects of chemical supply — and one of the most important. A product can be of the highest purity, but if it arrives damaged, contaminated, or compromised by improper packaging, it is useless to the researcher who ordered it.

Our packaging policy is built around three objectives: protection, discretion, and compliance.

Protection. We use moisture-resistant inner packaging where appropriate, tamper-evident seals on all product containers, and secure secondary containment for sensitive materials. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate thermal management to maintain stability during transit.

Discretion. All orders are shipped in plain external packaging. Chemical names do not appear on outer labels beyond what is required for transport documentation. We respect the privacy of our customers and the sensitive nature of research procurement.

Compliance. Our packaging meets applicable transport regulations for the materials we ship. Commercial invoices and customs documentation are prepared accurately and in accordance with shipping requirements. Batch labeling is included on internal packaging to maintain traceability from our warehouse to the researcher's laboratory.
